We've just completed this build and fit-out project, which consisted of 2 x ground floor extensions, plus a full ground floor & partial 1st floor fit-out, including:

• All 3D design, structural engineering & steels (removal of chimney through 1st & ground floors, removal of internal and external walls to open up the ground floor space and extend outwards in 2 directions), all materials specification & procurement
• full design / specification & fit-out of the main kitchen/island, pantry and utility spaces, incl bespoke 'secret' doorways from main kitchen into pantry and utility rooms, curved solid oak breakfast counter, full height quartz kitchen splashback, solid oak shelving with flush LED lighting
• 90m2, 5-zone wet under-floor heating system throughout the ground floor, finished with herringbone oak and tiled flooring
• all glazing incl aluminium windows, new side entrance and bi-fold doors, roof lantern + 2 x Electric Velux
• new master & ensuite wetroom
• decoration of all areas
